Overview/Description
The deep learning plugin is an example of how a developer might use the plugin API provided by FlowJo llc to incorporate python scripts in their plugin. The deep learning plugin utilizes an already existing implementation of deep learning technology. The deep learning plugin allows users to input two similar gene sets through the plugin interface, and return a trained data set that can be input back into the FlowJo workspace.
