Parameter and Epoch Selection

Description:

After selecting the deep learning plugin, the user is presented with a window that allows for parameter selection and input for number of epochs. The parameters represent what cells the user would like to be used in the deep learning algorithm. The number of epochs represents the number of iterations the deep learning algorithm will make over the selected data. A high number of epochs will result in more accurately trained data but will take a linearly longer time.

Simple Click and Drag

Description:

After a user has selected their parameters and epochs, a field called “Deep_Learning_Plugin” will appear underneath their first population. To run the deep learning plugin the user must simply click this field, and drag it to their second data set. After dragging the field, the user will know that the plugin is running by the name of the field changing from “Deep_Learning_Plugin” to “Deep_Learning_Plugin(calculating)”.
